Who is SellWhenever?
SellWhenever is Robert Slack’s trusted partner. They provide us with a robust rewards program enabling us to establish longer term mutually beneficial relationships with homeowners.
How much will my loyalty rewards payment be?

Your loyalty rewards payment will be calculated based on a variety of factors, including the value of your home and local real estate market conditions. We’ll give you an exact quote specifically calculated for your property.

When will I receive my loyalty rewards payment?

The funds will be sent immediately after you close on your home. If you are currently a homeowner, you’ll receive your loyalty rewards payment about 2 days after enrollment. You’ll be able to choose from a variety of payment methods – including check, Paypal, or Venmo.

What if I never sell my home?

You have no obligation to sell your home, EVER. If you don’t sell or transfer your home within 40 years, the agreement ends. In that case, there is no obligation to return the loyalty rewards payment.

Do I have to sell my home with a Robert Slack agent?

We hope that we have represented you well, provided excellent service, and that you would look forward to working with us again in the future. However, if you decide to sell your home without working with a Robert Slack agent, simply pay the Termination Fee – 1.75% of your property’s fair market value.

Do I have to agree to a list price today?

Of course not! You aren’t selling today. Conversations surrounding listing prices do not come into play until you’re ready to sell your home. At that time, we’ll work together to determine a listing price based on market conditions to get the most value from your home.

How can you afford to do this?

The money comes out of your Robert Slack agent’s future commission if and when you decide to sell.

Do I have to agree to a commission amount?

When you do decide to sell, our office charges a 3% commission for sell-side services. We will have a discussion with you when you are ready to sell about an appropriate commission to offer a buyer’s agent who may bring a buyer for your property.

Will a lien be placed on my house?

There will be a county record confirming that we have entered into an agreement for the future listing of your home. This document will not affect your rights as a homeowner or prevent you from refinancing, obtaining a HELOC (home equity line of credit), or including the property in your estate plans. Our interest in listing your home in the future is junior to any mortgage or other lien on your property and is intended as a tool to notify third parties of our agreement.
