Do I have to sell my home?

There is no pressure to sell your home EVER. Even if you never sell, you keep the cash. It’s not a loan. We want you to enjoy the comfort of your home for as long as you want. After you sign-up, a suite of online tools and information is available to you to help you monitor your investment and decide on an optimal time to sell. We’ll be there when you decide the time is right to take the next step in your homeowner journey. And when that time arrives, we’ll equip you with the knowledge, resources, and tools needed to expertly navigate the marketplace.

Do I have to agree to a list price today?

Of course not! You aren’t selling today. Conversations surrounding listing prices do not come into play until you’re ready to sell your home. At that time, you’ll collaborate with an agent who specializes in your local market, who you know is right for you, because you’ve chosen them from a list of approved SellWhenever agents. Leaning on their guidance and insight, you’ll work together to determine a sale price that is not only competitive, but ensures you get the most value from your home.

When will I receive my thank you payment?

Turnaround times can be as quick as 24 hours after signing up with us. We will initiate funding the same day the process is completed. No long waits, hassles or headaches. Plus, you can choose from a variety of payment methods, including check, Paypal, Venmo and more.

How much will my thank you payment be?

Thank you payments range from $500 to $2,000 depending on your home. Once you contact us, or submit this form, we’ll be able to quote you an exact dollar amount.

How do you afford this?

We’re in it for the long haul at SellWhenever. As we said before, we built our company on relationships – not transactions. It’s because of this philosophy that we see value in investing in you – even if you don’t sell your home for several years. When the time to sell does arrive, we earn our money by collecting a percentage of the commission our partner agents and cooperating brokers receive from the sale of your home.
