This role will be focused on developing agent and broker relationships. They will convert and onboard agents, and get them to release leads. From there they will serve as the agent’s POC and adopt a true Account Mgr/Executive and Partner Success role.
Inside Sales Representative
Texas or Florida
The ideal candidate will possess strong sales, interpersonal and organizational skills. They should be comfortable with multitasking and be able to budget their resources in order to meet the assigned quotas for their role. This role will require an active real estate license for either Texas or Florida.
Sales Ops Manager
This role will focus on keeping the sales machine turning. They will have direct reports of AEs and Territory Associates. They will be responsible for overseeing sales operations for our business.
Territory Sales Associate
This role will be focused on closing contracts. They will only be speaking with homeowners, though they will need lines of communication to Agent Partners in cases where more nurturing to homeowners needs to happen. This role will require a real estate license.
